The parties acknowledge that medical procedures are often high risk activities requiring the expertise and attention of a licensed physician for proper diagnosis and treatment of a medical condition and further understand and agree that the program herein offered does not in itself provide medical advice or care of any kind, and such program does not and can not serve as a replacement for such physician’s duties and responsibilities on behalf of his or her patients. It is further understood between the parties that through accident, misuse, abuse, or negligent use of the procedures taught in this program an inaccurate result or misdiagnosis may result.”

And therefore, Client agrees it shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold EKGs 4U, its officers, directors, employees, and other personnel, shareholders and agents of each of them, harmless from and against any and all liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), claims, suits, or demands relating to or arising from the program or seminar.
